My journey with Ideal Business Creative has began in 2014 when I started to work as collaborator for YPO and in 2016 for chapters in Europe, MENA and Africa.
Since 2014, I spent the best time of my working life gaining learning and experiences with this amazing organisation.
I am passionate about my work, organised in small details. I love books, learning, travelling, being inspired, being creative, having “a-ha” moments, music & films, living in gratitude.
My objective after attending the Instructional Design class is to better support the onboarding of new managers into their role, including the training on the platforms used within the organization. The portfolio showcases my understanding of learning theories, as well as my instructional design skills gained during the course.
